Topics include: Water Quality and Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations, Campaign Finance Reform, Predatory Lending, Help for Special Needs Offenders, returnable beverage container legislation "Bottle Bill" and how to talk to your legislators.

Des Moines, Iowa		 Learn about Immigration Policy. All members and the public are invited to come and learn about immigration policy. The information offered will help prepare members for the consensus study in February.

West Des Moines, Iowa		 Community Event Day. League members will be selling Younkers coupon booklets for Younkers Community Event Day. If you can help out please contact the League.
